Belayne D. Guerrero practiced as a civil defense litigator representing large corporations and insurance companies in Personal Injury Protection (P.I.P.), bodily injury, and property damage cases. Ms. Guerrero is a seasoned litigator who understands the insurance industry because she used to represent their interests for over a decade. Ms. Guerrerro knows the tactics insurance companies utilize to avoid paying fair compensation and fights for her clients’ rights in and out of court. Ms. Guerrero received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in December 2005. Ms. Guerrero is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice law throughout Florida as well as before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
